• Electro-mechanical Maintenance Technician

POSITION DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Maintain & calibrate multi-axis milling machines
• Maintain & calibrate lathe milling machines
• Troubleshoot & repair multi-axis milling and lathe machines using best practices
• Install, rebuild and upgrade multi-axis milling and lathe machines
• Support development and execution of robust Total Maintenance System
• Provide supporting documentation for all calibrations and modifications done on equipment.
• Modify or create electro-mechanical drawings that show high voltage, low voltage, I/O pin out, communication systems and mechanical component layout
• Support weekend and off shift test needs as required.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and problem resolution process.

TOOLS USED: Calibration equipment, precision measurement devises, Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Hand tools

 SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
 Safety minded approach to all assignments
 Team oriented behaviors
 AAS in Mechanical, Electrical engineering or equivalent military experience.
 Working knowledge of computer controlled hardware and instrumentation.
 Working knowledge of milling and lathge equipment
 Experience with tuning and evaluating control systems.
 Self reliant problem solver with demonstrated experience exceeding expectations in an electro
mechanical work environment.
 Ability to multitask in a highly flexible environment. Ability to communicate effectively and ability to
handle rapidly changing priorities.
 Experience reading and following mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics.
 Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
 Experience with continuous improvement and quality problem resolution processes.
