McQuillen Manufacturing’s Process Development Engineer will collaborate with the Engineering & Programming Team to help develop advanced manufacturing processes for the manufacture of our customer parts and assemblies. This position requires a quality first mindset and a vast knowledge of precision manufacturing.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read complex blueprints and demonstrate high level GD&T knowledge
• Experience with ISO9001, AS9100 & ISO13485 preferred
• Strong skillset in NX CAD and related processes – 2 years’ experience preferred
• Understanding of advanced workholding and fixture design
• Knowledge of cutting tools and methods
• Knowledge of raw materials including Titanium, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum.
• Strong mathematical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and respond to feedback professionally
   

 2 years prior experience with multi-axis CAM programming preferred

 BS degree, AS degree, or relevant work experience is acceptable
