The CMM Programmer, reporting to the Quality Manager, has the responsibility of supporting the daily operational activities of the quality function. These responsibilities include:

• Creating and debugging new CMM programs using Zeiss Calypso software
• Interfacing with other functions to present inspection data and troubleshoot manufacturing processes
• Acquiring inspection data with CMMs and other measuring devices
• Creating deliverable documentation
• Supporting initiatives within the QA function as the organization changes and grows
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Integrity
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Minimum of 3 years working in an ISO9001 / AS9100 environment
• Minimum 3 years Zeiss Calypso CMM programming experience
• Advanced blueprint reading and interpretation
• Advanced Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Experience programming with limited dimension drawings
• Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly evolving environment
• Independently completes projects and manages time effectively
• Knowledge of quality control methods, techniques, and standards
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
