Senior CNC Programmer

• Lead process development in high precision MFG operations
• Review customer requirements, define work-holding, tooling and material requirements
• Develop routers, processes sheets and manage other information in ERP system
• Program, setup and produce complex components to very tight tolerances on DMG and Matsuura 5 Axis Machining Centers
• Manage installation and post processor development
• Train other employees as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Honeoye Falls, NY 14472: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
   

Minimum of 7 years experience with CNC programming
Minimum of 5 years experience CAD modeling, workholding and tooling design (Siemens NX preferred or SolidWorks)
Experience with multi-axis programming (Siemens NX preferred)
Ability to read complex blueprints and demonstrate high level GD&T knowledge (ASME Y14.5)
Able to perform a variety of inspection and gauging techniques
Strong problem solving skills, ability to work as a team or independently
Must be able to lift 40 lbs
