<p>Job Description</p>
<p>· Review customer specifications to help create manufacturing processes, including work holding definition, tooling, and material requirements<br />
· Create NC programs and shop documentation utilizing Siemens NX CAD/CAM for 3-5 axis mills, lathes, and multitasking machines<br />
· Utilize CNC machine simulation software such as NX, Vericut, and CAMplete to verify NC code<br />
· Utilize CAD software to design work holding, custom fixtures, and assemblies<br />
· Optimize and modify existing programs to support on-going development<br />
· Interact with production, quality, and operations teams to produce conforming first articles and optimize programs</p></td>
